By accessing or using KontextAI ("Service"), operated by KontextAI.ai, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KontextAI provides a personal AI agent platform that allows users to upload documents and create AI-powered knowledge agents for personal use.

3. Personal Use

These terms cover personal use of the Service only. Enterprise, creator, and marketplace terms will be published separately when those features become available.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to KontextAI. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell, share, or distribute your content to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. API Keys

KontextAI supports "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) for third-party AI providers. You are responsible for your API keys and any charges incurred through their use. We never store or access your API keys beyond the scope of processing your requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KontextAI.ai, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
